Why is it important to keep your lymphatic system healthy? What can Life Lift do to help?
Your lymphatic system may be more important to your good health than you realize.
The lymphatic system is a network of organs, tissues, vessels, and nodes. It is a primary component of the immune system and provides a continuous cleansing process that removes toxins and wastes from the body.
Unlike blood, the lymphatic system has no pump. Instead it relies on muscle activity and body movement for circulation. This is why it is your job to take over and practice some simple steps to keep your lymphatic system healthy. A few changes in your habits can encourage healthy lymph flow
Life Lift breathing can activate a number of mechanisms associated with the lymphatic system. Think of Life Lift as a simple, yet important way to cleanse your lymphatic system. Practice some deep Life Lift breaths several times throughout the day. The action of the lungs, diaphragm, and thorax are a primary pump for the lymph fluid, acting as a lymph heart.
At other times of the day when you are just sitting at the computer or reading try simply breathing in through your nose slowly and deeply, hold your breath to the count of three and exhale slowly as if you are taking a deep sigh.
As with your normal Life Lift breaths, breathing should be done without moving the shoulders. It is important not to tighten your shoulders or neck muscles when doing your breathing exercises.
Repeat 20 to 40 times daily for best results. You can simply set a timer for 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes if it is easier to you. Each complete LifeLift breath is approximately a half minute, so if you do 5 minutes you have done about 10 Life Lift breaths. 10 minutes is about 20 Life Lift breaths. It does not have to be exact. Just relax and enjoy the energy, stress reduction and the improved health you are gaining from doing your LifeLift breaths. Never stress over how many breaths you have done. Even one will bring you benefits, so enjoy and know you are contributing to a good healthy lymph system while doing your LifeLift breaths.
Breathe, move and stretch regularly. Physical activity in itself propels lymph, but it will also help you develop strong muscles that continually encourage lymph movement.
Remember that any time you stretch or flex a muscle you are targeting that muscle with the oxygen you are taking in with your LifeLift breaths.
Use your Seaweed Soap wrapped in loofah to encourage a lymphatic cleanse. From the waist up, use a circular motion with your soap toward the upper ducts. From the waist down, use the circular motion toward the groin ducts. Gently use half circle movements starting close to the ducts and move your way out toward the extremities. The skin should not become red or irritated. You should always think of nurturing your body as you work to improve your health.

When your seaweed soap is new it is best if you soak it for 3-5 minutes before you use it. This will condition the sisal fiber so you can maximize the use and enjoyment of your new soap. You can use the Seaweed soap after you have used the Herbal Face and Body Wash in areas that need extra attention for smoothing, weight and inch loss and extra toning. It is especially good to use on your arms, especially the area that tends to sag and get flabby. It is also wonderful on your lower back, thighs and abdomen. Rub in a circular motion until you have formed a really good lather. It is best if you can let it remain on your skin for awhile before you shower it off
Practice good posture
Slumping your shoulders forward restricts lymph flow. Your ability to take deep breaths is also restricted by poor posture and this can affect your ability to oxygenate the body
While sitting practice pushing your back against the chair and lift your chin high. Push your shoulders back and take a good, deep breath. Imagine in your mind that you are feeling oh so happy and let a big smile lift the corners of your mouth. This all adds to the reminder to sit and stand straight. When you associate practicing good posture with feeling happy, you will want to do it more often and soon it will become a habit. Part of making something a habit is creating a positive association.
Taking the extra step to add the big smile will make it more of a joyful thing to stand and sit straight.
Now you get it, smile, stand and sit straight and keep the lymph flowing.
If you have to stand or sit for extended periods of time, make sure you move your legs and contract your muscles.
When you are sitting squeeze your muscles in your rear end every chance you get. This is great for your lymph system and it will also help keep your rear tight and firm. Adding your LifeLift breaths will also be a benefit for firming. You will be giving yourself a double dose of goodness by combining the flexing and the LifeLift breathing while sitting and standing.
Try to take breaks as often as possible and walk around. This is an excellent time to do a few extra LifeLift breaths. Keeping your oxygen flowing as well as your body moving, even a little can help the lymph flow.
Now, see how easy it is to doing something important and beneficial for your body? Keep the Oxygen flowing and keep the lymph flowing too.
Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. I cannot stress this often enough. Oxygen + Water + plus a positive, healthy attitude can equal your good health.
You need water to flush toxins out of your body.
When you notice people with extra beautiful skin, ask them if they drink a lot of water. Chances are pretty high they will tell you they do drink a lot of water. If you are going to take the time to use great skin care products make sure you are drinking water and doing your Life Lift breaths daily. This combination will benefit you more than the most expensive skin care products you can buy.
Reduce your HOT FLASHES with deep, LifeLift breaths several times a day
Doing LifeLift may very well help reduce hot flashes. Lowering your stress can help lower levels of the brain chemical norepinephrine. This brain chemical influences the place in your brain that regulates your body temperature.
Drinking plenty of water may also help regulate your body temperature.
Ways to reduce belly fat
Reducing your stress can help reduce belly fat so again take advantage of all the benefits from doing your Life Lift breaths daily. One of the most widely known benefits of doing Life Lift is the stress reduction. It is the easiest and most efficient way I have found to reduce stress.
Reducing your stress can help you reduce your waistline.

Why eat plenty of different fruits and vegetables?
Different fruits and vegetables are rich in different nutrients. Some fruits and vegetables are excellent sources of carotenoids, including those which form vitamin A, while others may be rich in vitamin C, folate, or potassium. Fruits and vegetables, especially dry beans and peas, also contain fiber and other substances that are associated with good health. Dark-green leafy vegetables, deeply colored fruits, and dry beans and peas are especially rich in many nutrients.
Most fruits and vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories and are filling. Some are high in fiber, and many are quick to prepare and easy to eat. Choose whole or cut-up fruits and vegetables rather than juices most often. Juices contain little or no fiber.

Only a week of using the body wrap products, I've lost 2 inches in my lower abs. I stopped using them for a week because I was having some work on my problem foot.
